Notably, Ginsburg and Breyer went to great lengths to explain how the majority changed the question presented when granting cert, then changed it again after oral argument! Talk about a stacked deck.

Here in the Philadelphia area, those of us who were overcharged by Comcast look forward to your recertification and subsequent trial on the merits.
